Regional products
Kiełbasa głogowska (Głogowska sausage) - was registered on the List of Traditional Products on 10 March 2006. Thanks to the traditional way of seasoning, making and smoking the sausage is characterized by a unique aroma and has a perceptible strong taste and smell of smoked bacon, garlic and pepper.

registered on the List of Traditional Products on 30 March 2007. The product is made on the basis of an old traditional recipe handed down from generation to generation. The product has a specific and delicate taste although it doesn't contain any sophisticated spices. It owes the unique taste to the animal material coming from traditional breeding, that is porkers from individual farms located in clean environment.
- Smoked cooked bacon from Górno –registered on the List of Traditional Products on 26 February 2008. This product is made of first class pork without any substitutes or preservatives. The only preservative here is a high temperature and smoke which contribute to the unique taste and look as well as characteristic perceptible smell of a smoking chamber in the smoked bacon.
Kiełbasa from Górno – registered on the List of Traditional Products on 2 May 2007 - a traditional product made from pork mince with added minced pork fat, spiced with garlic and salt. It has a thick consistency, jelly forms on the edges of a jar and white fat settles. It spreads easily. The jars with kiełbaśnica (device for making sausage) are baked in bread stove, which makes it possible to keep the product for a long period of time (about a year). Its unique smell and taste make the product more and more sought after at occasional events.

It owes the exceptional and unique taste to the animal material coming from traditional breeding, that is pokers from individual farms and to an old recipe handed down from generation to generation - produkowana przez Zakład Mięsny SMAK-EKO w Górnie. Wyjątkowy i niepowtarzalny smak zawdzięcza surowcowi pochodzącemu od zwierząt z chowu tradycyjnego, czyli tuczników z gospodarstw indywidualnych położonych w czystym ekologicznie środowisku oraz starej recepturze przekazywanej z pokolenia na pokolenie.

ditional loin of pork from Górno –Górno – registered on the List of Traditional Products on 28 April 2008. The loin of pork without bones made from pokers from individual farms. The meat is grey which is a characteristic colour of a loin of pork which has no brines with nitrites.
Studzienina (Jellied pigs' feet) from Górno – – registered on the List of Traditional Products on 4 February 2008. It is a light, semitransparent substance with clear crushed bits of meat with added finely chopped vegetables. It has a unique taste and spice aroma characteristic of meat jellies.
- Traditional ham from Górno – registered on the List of Traditional Products
on 8 January 2008. It is characterized by the taste, smell and tenderness which we remember from a few years ago and because of that it is a real treat for gourmets of ham produced with the use of a traditional method.

Szynka laurowa (bay leaf ham)pork gammon, steamed, made from .jpg) the selected ham muscles of pork class I. Pickled in brine traditionally, with the use of the pouring method. It undergoes the process of smoking with the use of "cold smoke". The bay laurel enriches the natural aroma of the meat and creates interesting gustatory sensations. The product was awarded in 2005 as the Best Food Product of the Podkarpackie province in the Popularity Contest: Tasty Because from Podkarpacie.
- 18% sour cream - a product produced by the RSM Resmlecz Company in Trzebownisko. This high quality product popular among consumers won the prize of a competition ‘Tasty Because from Podkarpacie’ for The Most Popular Food Product of the Podkarpacie province.
Cottage cheese – - the product of the RSM Resmlecz in Trzebownisko. Highly valued for its taste often appears on the tables of the inhabitants of the Podkarpackie province. In 2005 it won the main prize in the Popularity Contest: Tasty Because from Podkarpacie for the Most Popular Food Product of the Podkarpackie province.
- Kefir luksusowy (luxurious kefir) – a milk drink characterized by a refreshing taste. It was awarded in 2003 and 2006 as the Best Food Product of the Podkarpacie Province in the Populary Contest: Tasty Because from Podkarpacie.
- Natural butte
rmilk – easily digestible, tasty drink, perfect for quenching one's thirst. In 2008 it won the first prize of the Popularity Contest: Tasty because from Podkarpacie as the Best Food Product of the Podkarpacie Province.
- Kasiarz - - made from cooked millet porridge, milk, white cheese and butter stuffing, rolled up in dough and baked in the oven. Served most often cold with chicory coffee. It can also be served cold as buttered sandwiches or heat up in butter.
- Ziemniacarz - a product made from dough, stuffed with boiled potatoes, white cheese, spices and often with added garlic.
